Job summary NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) is the statutory NHS organisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care services for the communities of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West. The All Age Complex & Continuing Care Service (AACCC) are looking for a conscientious individual to join our team in one of our three bases in Oxford, Reading or High Wycombe. This leadership post, alongside other colleagues, will be responsible for supervising the Payments Team. The post holder will support the provision of a professional payment service to our Providers and other stakeholders on behalf of the ICB. Main duties of the job This role requires the postholder to work within and organise the Payments Team to provide a full administrative and financial role delivering a modern, effective, customer focused, payments support service. The focus is to support the AACCC Practitioners after the eligibility assessment process, with financial reconciliation and query management. They will also be a point of contact and maintain relationships with local care providers and other stakeholders. This will include complex administrative and financial tasks relating to AACCC including Adult CHC funding, Childrens Continuing Care funding, Personal Health Budgets including Direct Payments, Joint Funding Arrangements including Funded Nursing Care (FNC) payments.
