We are seeking a strong communicator and team player with a genuine interest in property. Ideally you will have experience in residential property management, lettings, sales or possess transferable skills.
Our team bring extensive experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering a tailored, specialist service to our property owners.

Key Duties
* Oversee daily property operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
* To keep up to date with legislation.
* Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.
* Handle tenant enquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant information, leases, and maintenance activities.
* Use property management software Reapit - experience ideal but not essential.
* Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
* Develop positive relationships with tenants and landlords.
* Support to both lettings and sales team.
Key Skills
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.
* Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
* Experience with property management software (Reapit is a plus).
* Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
