Job Description:
Recruiter (Temporary)
Location: East – Bury St Edmunds / Norwich / Stanford Le Hope / Stansted
The recruiter is focused on attracting candidates utilizing successful recruiting channels. You will work with the hiring managers to select, review and forward prospective candidates for specific job requisitions. The role includes conducting telephone interviews with candidates, face-to-face interviews, and ID checks.
This is a temporary role until 29th November 2024. Whilst the role would be based in Bury St Edmunds, there is a requirement to travel to our Norwich, Stanford Le Hope, and Stansted sites on a regular basis. Any business mileage would be reimbursed, but any applicant will need to hold a full valid UK driving license and have access to a car with appropriate insurance.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitors Job Requisitions.
2. Contacts the hiring manager for additional information for an approved requisition where needed.
3. Manages the flow and status of candidates through Workday.
4. Freezes job posting from view and/or closes the requisition when appropriate.
5. Updates Geo HR Supervisor on any job requisition exceptions (e.g., hard-to-fill jobs, aging requisitions, etc.).
6. Conducts telephone interviews with the candidates to aid in the selection of the right talent for the right positions within the company.
7. Conducts all necessary assessments, interviews, and ID checks.
8. Coordinates the professional interviews with the hiring manager.
9. Follow-up with the hiring manager on interview results.
10. Monitors the sourcing process to ensure hiring needs are met timely.
11. Evaluates recruiting and interviewing processes and makes recommendations for process improvements.
12. Provides regular updates to the Hub management team on planned hires.
