Service Delivery Manager - RAF Marham

* Managing Catering, Cleaning, Retail and Hotel Services.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will:
* Knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
* Leadership skills and knowledge
* Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute
* Good communication skills - both written and verbal
* Good computer skills
* Interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
* A 'Can do' attitude
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Promoting a safety culture and ensuring our teams are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
* Managing labour, equipment & resources budget
* Ensuring the Services operation continually improves
* Ensuring our teams are engaged and managed effectively
* Ensuring the delivery and quality of the Facilities, Catering and Retail operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
* Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements
