Job summary The objective of the Digital Development and Transformation Lead is to work with the PCN to develop and support delivery of a strategic plan to expand and implement digital capability, alongside the progression and collaboration of Practices within Mid Furness Primary Care Network. The plan will be underpinned by a quality improvement methodology. Develop and implement the Digital & IT Transformation Plan with the intention of ensuring that the PCN and its member practices consistently utilise the latest technology to improve patient services, maximise clinical efficiency, enhance internal communications and support improved information management.
