* Minimum 3 months experience working in a commercial restaurant kitchen.
*Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food storage.
*Ability to multi task and work under pressure.

- helping with food preparation
- keeping the kitchen clean
- driving between the preparation area and the Lobster Shack & Rocketeer,
dropping of food supplies to keep the places running smoothly
*You need to be over 21 to drive a commercial van, with a clean licence
