Job Description: As a Patient Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to make our patients feel comfortable and relaxed while providing a 5-star service. This involves building strong relationships with patients, conducting diagnostic eye scans, and communicating patient information to optometrists. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
* Building trust with patients through effective communication.
* Performing diagnostic eye scans after receiving full training.
* Relaying patient details accurately to optometrists.
* Maintaining up-to-date patient records.
* Arranging affordable finance options for patients.
* Scheduling consultations and surgeries with optometrists and surgeons.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you should be driven and passionate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and organizational abilities are also essential. Additionally, being commercially aware while providing top-notch customer service is crucial.
