An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as an Operations Administrator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Ideally, you have worked in the Audio/Visual sector
As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Consider labour required and if applicable, negotiate pricing for the work
Check site minutes for dates/changes to work required
Arrange access times, access equipment and permits (if required)
Purchase equipment and/or arrange delivery with Warehouse
Issue Health & Safety documentation to contractors and customers head office
Keep customers/shopfitters/ account managers up to date with progress and troubleshoot problems on site
Raise purchase orders for sub contract labour, facilitate work sheets and job completion ready for billing
Update the call history using the in-house Optim/IR system and Verisae
Facilitate customers computer systems, keeping records up to date and providing assistance to other team members on troubleshooting operating problems
