The Property & ID Team is crucial in maintaining the safety of our business and ensuring the success of our expansion plans. We interact with individuals and companies throughout the industry to provide secure working environments for our employees to excel. Based in Luton, our small, enthusiastic team travels throughout Europe to find, preserve, and provide outstanding workspaces.
With a wide-ranging property portfolio that includes head offices, training sites, crew bases, regional offices, aircraft hangars, and maintenance facilities, the Facilities Coordinator will play a crucial role in expanding easyJet's estate to support the company's vision.
What you'll be doing
1. Assist the team with their wide-ranging property portfolio.
2. Take direct responsibility for the delivery of property and facilities management tasks.
3. Assist Property & Change Managers with day-to-day operations.
4. Support with implementing and developing property and facilities projects.
5. Tender and procure works and contracts.
6. Oversee and assist with service contracts.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices.
8. Assist with regular inspections of service contracts.
9. Manage purchase orders and invoices in a timely manner.

Location & Hours of Works
This role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office and may require travel to other sites.
