The Head of Digital & Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the ICT and Data functions within Positive Futures, ensuring that technology infrastructure, systems, and processes are aligned with our goals and drive organisational effectiveness. The role involves managing three key areas: Systems Software Data Analytics Hardware, Infrastructure & Security The Head of Digital and Analytics will develop approaches to ensure efficient operations, maintain security protocols, and leverage data for decision-making while fostering innovation and supporting organisational growth. Main responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership Team and Resource Management Project Management Systems and Software Management Data Analytics Systems and Software Management Data Analytics Hardware, Infrastructure and Security Technology and Innovation Budget and Cost Control Compliance and Risk Management To apply for this role, you MUST have: Three years of experience in ICT or Data analytics management in a leadership role Experience of managing an ICT or Data analytics function that is responsive in a changing complex organisation. Experience leading on and implementing organisation wide system change. Development and delivery of an organisation wide ICT or Data analytics strategy Experience in managing a large budget, including ensuring Best Value for money. Experience of managing multi-disciplinary, cross-departmental working teams, commissioning and procurement of services.
