Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
1. Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employee rights.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve employment disputes and negotiate settlements.
3. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for staff on employment law best practices and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years PQE in employment law.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including relevant legislation and case law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
