My client has deployed over c.£400m, covering around 40 assets to date, and they are currently on an exciting journey, building towards an aspiration of over £2bn of AUM in the next 3 years.

What do you need to bring to the table?
* C. 2-4 years’ worth of experience and may come from a Real Estate Fund, Investment Bank or Private Equity background
* Strong personal attributes and ability to manage upwards.
* Demonstrable UK Investment experience
* Robust, institutional quality underwriting and financial analysis.
* Prior industrial investment/deal experience is desirable, not essential.
* You will need to have a thirst for learning and be willing to wear multiple hats, in a fast-paced environment.
* Detailed orientated and resourceful with the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
* Relationship-building capabilities and confidence.
* Hunger to learn, naturally inquisitive with a passion for real estate investment/development.
* Second European Language (desirable) - French, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch)
* Development finance experience (desirable)
The role itself:
You will support the investment processes (acquisition, divestiture, planning & construction, asset management) with robust, institutional-grade financial analysis. In this position, you will be able to independently produce their work-product and make informed recommendations with a minimum of re-work and only a limited amount of initial direction.
Strategic Planning: Support the development of acquisition strategies with analysis of market trends, demographic data, and other inputs necessary to validate a particular approach.
Acquisition: Prepare robust, detailed, institutional quality underwriting models and financial analysis of opportunities including pressure-tested assumptions and market comps. Support the due diligence process with detailed financial analysis. Contribute to the drafting of high-quality investment papers, offer letters and Agreements for Lease.
Asset Management: Support asset management with robust, timely and accurate analysis of business performance relative to underwriting, management of capex programs, investor reporting, and preparation of valuations.
Planning & Construction: Provide planning and construction with detailed financial analysis to support planning submissions as well as ensure that development projects remain aligned to the underwriting
Finance: Support Finance with detailed financial analysis related to investment for reporting or other purposes.

* Salary: up to £75,000 - £90,000 (DOE) plus a discretionary bonus
