About the role: As a Workbank Planner/Scheduler based in Christchurch, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey. You’ll lead the development and coordination of integrated 18–24-month plans, ensuring our infrastructure work is strategically aligned and delivered efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with project and finance teams, preparing reports, forecasting costs and resources, and ensuring our delivery schedules are aligned across the board. From risk assessments to stakeholder engagement, you'll be a key player in planning success across the South Island.
What you will bring: We’re looking for someone who brings both technical capability and a collaborative mindset. You'll ideally have:
* Experience in infrastructure, rail, or large-scale project planning
* Strong skills in developing and maintaining integrated schedules
* Proficiency with planning tools such as P6, MS Project, and Excel
* Solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven reporting
* A proactive and inclusive approach to communication and teamwork
* Strong organisational skills and an eye for continuous improvement
* A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a similar field
* A full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence
* Willingness to travel as needed
