This is an opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to become part of an industry and market leading organisation offering accredited sustainability and compliance services within the Built Environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Detailed working knowledge of the current Building Regulations Part L
2. Experience in IES VE undertaking energy analyses
3. Experience with GLA planning requirements
4. Qualified LCEA assessor (L5) & experience with Part L calculations
5. Experience in operational Energy modelling (TM54 etc)
6. Experience undertaking overheating/daylight assessments
7. Working knowledge of associated BREEAM analyses / reporting (eg HEA04, ENE01, ENE04)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead sustainability goals for new and existing non-domestic buildings
2. Producing energy assessments, summer overheating consultancy and general carbon reduction and sustainability reporting.
3. Assisting clients with achieving zero carbon/general ESG objectives
4. Delivering necessary level of billable work on a monthly basis
5. Assisting clients' understanding of the regulatory understanding of AD Part L, Part F and Part O
