Field Service Manager - Windows and Doors
Our client produces high-end bespoke aluminium and timber products (Wintergardens, glass atriums, sliding doors, and bi-folding doors) across 3 sales channels - direct customers, B2B, and commercial contractors.
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to become a part of their growing team. The successful candidate will be field-based and have experience in installing, adjusting, identifying faults, and compiling reports across all our sales channels to assist and direct all customer aftersales and warranty enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion in a timely manner within a set budget.
The successful candidate will also have responsibility for managing external service partners to ensure compliance and coverage to assist and facilitate customer aftersales and warranty demand.

Your Responsibilities
1. To provide a professional and efficient repair and maintenance service to customers.
2. Working throughout the UK.
3. Provide customer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude.
4. To repair and service all products to industry and company standards.
5. Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required.
6. Ensure the Company policies and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
7. Comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
Skills & Personal Qualities
1. You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented.
2. Proven experience within installation or service of windows, doors, and roof systems made of aluminium and timber within a similar market (full training will be given on our products).
3. Hold a current CSCS card (NVQ level 2 or above).
4. Hold a current full driving licence - A vehicle will be provided.
5. Be able to work under your own initiative.
6. Possess good verbal communication skills.
7. Excellent time management skills.
8. Ability to carry out manual handling.
Job Type: Full-time
Package: Salary- 40-45K dependent on experience. Bupa health insurance, 25 days holiday.
