Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our established client who is looking to recruit an experienced Service Manager to run the service department on a permanent basis in Trowbridge.
What you will be doing:
1. Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations.
2. Review CSI surveys and other measures for monitoring customer satisfaction.
3. Control costs for the department.
4. Monitor performance against agreed targets / budgets.
5. Manage the recruitment process, as required.
6. Perform analysis to identify areas of weakness and appropriate, targeted marketing activity.
7. Effectively drive the performance of the Service department.
8. Train and motivate your team and help them fulfill their potential.
9. Review Service KPIs on a regular basis to track.
What you will need to succeed:
1. Previous experience as a Service Manager or After Sales Manager.
2. Be a 'leader' of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealership.
