To take an active role, in collaboration with the Group Management team, to deliver robust business plans for services. Proactively engage in interagency working to develop and implement strategies that cross traditional organisational boundaries, encouraging a seamless health system from a patient perspective. Actively work with relevant services to support the development and improvement of patient care through identifying and responding to opportunities for change that will lead to improvements in quality or efficiency. To actively review activity against the Operational Delivery Plan for relevant services and createcapacity plans to support delivery. To support, in conjunction with the Group Manager and Associate Group Manager, theimplementation and delivery of any approved business cases. To lead on the completion of regular Demand and Capacity modelling, keeping the model up todate with changes in demand and service capacity.
