PMO Manager
Location: Gloucestershire (1 day per week)
Salary: Up to 90,000 + bonus + car allowance
Our client, a global enterprise business, is embarking on a large-scale transformation and is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of their strategic programmes.
About the Role:
As the PMO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust PMO framework, governance structures, and processes to support large-scale transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and top-tier consultancies to ensure seamless programme execution within a highly complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a best-in-class PMO framework, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and control mechanisms.
Oversee programme delivery in collaboration with top 4 consultancies, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Drive standardisation, risk management, and quality assurance across transformation programmes.
Engage with senior stakeholders to provide insights, updates, and ensure buy-in on key initiatives.
Implement process improvements to enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.
About You:
Proven experience as a PMO Manager in a large, complex enterprise business.
Strong track record in managing PMO frameworks, governance, and processes for large-scale transformation.
Experience working alongside top-tier consultancies on high-profile delivery programmes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and complex environment.
ERP/D365 transformation experience is desirable but not essential.
This role does not offer sponsorship and you must be based in the UK happy to commute to Gloucestershire when needed.
