Job Description
Account Executive - Part Time - 20 hours
£26-32k pro rata, depending on experience
(Norwich/Norfolk based)
If you’re the sort of person who will jump at literally any opportunity to build a colour-coded spreadsheet (even if it’s for something mundane), this role might well be up your street. We’re looking for a great communicator who is remarkably well-organised and detail-obsessed to join us as an Account Executive.
Your role will be to ensure our clients feel happy, in the loop and looked after. That could mean a whole range of things, from staying on top of our project management system to thinking of a great birthday present to send to a client.
Still with us? Cool.
In a nutshell:
* Becoming a caretaker for our project management system and track deliverables
* Helping the delivery team stay on schedule
* Making sure communications with the client are honest, timely and proactive
* Keeping clients on schedule for feedback and amendments that affect deliverables
* Creating/editing contract documents for new clients
* Scheduling meetings for the delivery team and clients
* Helping to onboard new clients
* Filling out report templates for client meetings
* Liaising with partners and sub-contractors for the same purposes as stated above
It would be better for both of us if:
* You have some experience in a marketing/web/creative agency
* You have some project management experience
* You have experience with managing clients
* You’re able to work in Norwich at least 3 days a week
These are some little extras for you
* Ring-fenced book fund
* Gym membership
* Regular social events
* Training and development
* 28 days annual leave (including bank holiday)
* Birthday off work
* Flexible working hours
Why should you go for this role?
We firmly believe that everyone wins when our team is happy and fulfilled. You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, and we’ll give you plenty of opportunities to grow in your role if that’s what you want. Occasionally, we might even invite you to contribute to the office playlist too.
But don’t take it from us. Jenna, our first hire, had this to say about working at The Inbox Club:
“I came for the career progression and exciting projects, but I'm staying for the incredible clients, falafel Friday and jokes (even if the good ones are only ever mine).”
Why shouldn’t you go for this role?
If you’re looking for multiple offices, international travel and an established, well-oiled machine, we’re not the one (not yet, anyway). Joining The Inbox Club means you’re the sort of person who relishes turning the chaos that accompanies a growing start-up into organised peace and harmony.
Who is The Inbox Club?
The first rule of The Inbox Club is that we don’t talk about The Inbox Club. Nah just kidding - we’re an email marketing agency based in Norwich, UK.
A team of three (accompanied by a supporting cast of freelancers), we’re a young but highly ambitious agency that specialises in email marketing in the B2B sector. We really like our clients and want to do the best work we possibly can for them, which is partly why we’re looking to improve their lives by hiring for this role.
