Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop the Accounts Payable & Receivable team.
* Review reports and team metrics to ensure efficient invoice processing and adherence to SLAs.
* Identify and troubleshoot process issues for continuous improvement.
* Regularly update process documentation.
* Issue creditor payments accurately and timely, including weekly cash flow reporting and managing supplier advances.
* Manage the debtor’s ledger to ensure timely customer payments and minimise risk.
* Resolve day-to-day issues with a commercial and practical approach.
* Produce monthly control accounts for AR & AP ledger balances.
* Ensure compliance with New Look P2P processes and policies.
* Act as the primary audit liaison for AP and AR.

* Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
* Adherence to policy and procedural guidelines.
* Mid-level accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA/ACCA) or equivalent experience.
* Several years of large team management experience.
* Good knowledge of AP & AR ledgers and P2P processes.
* Strong academic ability and people skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Finance Systems.
