Qualifications:
* A certified UK teaching qualification, such as B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent (PGCE/PGDE must be accompanied by a subject relevant Bachelor’s Degree).
Successful applicants must have:
* Exceptional subject knowledge of Geography, Global Perspectives, or any other humanities subject, with extensive experience of the British curriculum.
* Passion about their subject and how it is best taught.
* A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning to students in humanities subjects.
* Flexible and innovative approach to working.
* Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
* A mindset which understands all students have the potential for top performance and the drive and passion to enable them to do so.
Desirable qualities:
* Experience of teaching students with English as an Additional Language.
* Experience of integrating technology into teaching.
* Experience in an international school setting
* Experience of teaching Business Studies

Important notes:
Greek Applicants: You must hold a Geography degree and have completed the registry of teachers for private schools (Epetirida), or hold the qualifications to do so. Please note that international qualifications are not recognised as qualified teacher status for Greek candidates within Greece.
International Applicants: You must hold a relevant Degree from the same country as your passport. You must also hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS with completed NQT or equivalent) again from the country of your passport. Please note that the iPGCE is not currently recognised in Greece & Language Qualifications such as TESOL & DELTA are not accepted.
