Duties:
1. Providing administrative support to the busy sales team
2. Dealing with client invoices and payments
3. Updating internal systems with client information
4. Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
6. Running reports on Excel
7. Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects
Requirements:
1. A proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite
