PA and Finance Assistant – Swanley Medical Practice
Due to the retirement of the Finance Manager, we are seeking an Admin and Finance Assistant to support our Practice Manager and finance department with daily admin and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be organised, able to learn new skills quickly with attention to detail, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. They will need to be flexible and adaptable to work for the NHS, which is an ever-changing environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the practice business team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Finance Support:
2. Manage mailboxes and petty cash.
3. Assist with financial reconciliations.
4. Assist with month-end claims.
5. Prepare the monthly payroll.
6. General finance admin.
7. Admin Support to the Practice Manager:
8. Friends & Family Survey.
9. HR Support.
10. Complaint Support.
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSE Maths A-C (5-9).
* Good IT and Excel skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
