Morgan McKinley is working with our Chippenham based client to recruit a Sales Administrator.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Review and process customer and vendor orders within agreed timelines.
Manage and track returns for customers and vendors, including necessary authorisations.
Establish and maintain effective communication with key contacts across stakeholders.
Assist in creating required documentation, such as invoices and export paperwork, collaborating with relevant teams when necessary.
Monitor and manage outstanding orders, preparing for and participating in relevant meetings as needed.
Handle and resolve internal and external queries related to orders and fulfillment.
Communicate updates or changes in order status to relevant individuals or teams.
Provide administrative support for partner and vendor platforms or systems.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to prioritize order delivery when technical services or on-site work is involved.
Set up new delivery accounts as needed.The ideal candidate:
Previous experience in Sales Administration or within a Finance role
Comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders
Self motivated
Proficient with Excel
Good time managementThe package:
£27,000 - £28,000 DOE
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
