The role As part of the Solutions team, you will be responsible for all sales activity in relation to our packaging compliance service, resulting in the achievement of company targets to ensure the company aligns with its year-on-year business growth plans. Identify leads and opportunities to cross sell to existing customers, maintaining a sales pipeline aligning with sales targets. Support with the success of marketing and sales campaigns, participating in the delivery of webinars and podcasts. Following relevant processes, keeping systems up to date and communicating with the wider team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers. Undertake market research and cold call as required in order to create interest in products and services. The person You will be proactive, outgoing and confident speaking with customers via phone, email and face-to-face with a focus on customer service and winning new business. You will show strong communication skills and have the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time efficiently. You will be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and have a highly organised approach to working. The role is fast paced, so you should be prepared to think on your feet and be able to absorb new information quickly and effectively. To thrive in this role, you will be driven to succeed and achieve targets, and you will be passionate and excited to work for a business for good. You must have a strong work ethic and feel comfortable working well under pressure. You will have a ‘muck in’ approach to teamwork, being flexible and highly resilient to change and committed to growing with the business.
