CRM & Business Systems Specialist

The Role
We are on the lookout for an experienced CRM & Business Systems Specialist to lead the charge in optimising and revolutionising our internal systems and processes. From enhancing member engagement to integrating innovative AI-powered solutions, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and value across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Process Improvement & Automation
o Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and optimise business processes across CRM, LMS, website, and CMS platforms.
o Collaborate with team members to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
o Implement automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
2. Project Management
o Plan and deliver structured programmes of work, juggling multiple CRM-related projects.
o Liaise with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely project delivery aligned with business goals.
3. Training & User Adoption
o Empower teams to maximise the potential of our CRM (IMIS) through training, documentation, and best practices.
o Act as the go-to technical support resource and champion system adoption across all users.
4. Governance
o Establish governance frameworks for IT systems, ensuring consistency, compliance, and performance.
o Align CRM governance policies with organisational goals while addressing inefficiencies.
5. Data-Driven Insights
o Enhance and manage the organisation’s data strategy to ensure accuracy and integrity.
o Develop reporting dashboards that uncover member engagement trends and inform strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with the technical expertise and leadership skills to transform our business systems.
Ideal candidate credentials include:
1. A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with CRM platforms (preferably IMIS) and familiarity with CMS, LMS, or other operational systems.
3. A strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and automation.
4. Proven success managing CRM projects end-to-end, including supplier and stakeholder management.
5. A strategic understanding of data governance and AI-driven enhancements.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Experience working in or with membership organisations would be a big bonus.
