Job Description
3. Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
4. Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries
5. Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Maintaining office security by following safety procedures
7. Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
8. Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
9. Booking and preparing meeting rooms
10. Supporting colleagues with administrative tasks as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
11. A high school degree or equivalent
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
13. Hands-on experience with office equipment
14. Professional attitude and appearance
15. Solid written and verbal communication skills
16. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
What's on Offer
17. A salary up to £22,500pa DOE
18. 3 - 4 days per week (Office based). We may consider FT for an exceptional candidate.
