The Opportunity: We are recruiting for a Global Brand Activation Manger to develop and deliver a two-phase global activation program – driving awareness & engagement with trade and consumer audiences, while simultaneously maximising exposure of key brand messages via PR & Social. Line Manager: Senior Director of Global Marketing Responsibilities: 1. Develop and deliver major new long-term experiential activation program ‘The Coravin By-The Glass Guide’ to launch in H2 2025. This role will be responsible for developing the full program mechanics including launch plan, budget and KPI’s as well as executing the launch and on-going delivery of the program. Key deliverables: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Director of Global Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer to define the vision for the BTG guide, including milestones/KPIs for years 1-3 Via the same consultation, define the criteria and process for outlets to become part of the guide, including definition of any tiers or categories Define the roadmap for geographical rollout including assessment criteria Work with an external agency to design the voice and visual identity of the program, building on the core brand voice and visual identity guidelines Brief PR agencies on the program and develop associated plans Build the digital presence, social media and advertising strategy alongside digital team Recruit local partners / sommeliers as required to deliver the program Launch Guide in first Markets / Cities in H2 & continue to roll out across global markets 2. While we are building and developing the Coravin By-The-Glass Guide program, the candidate will also be responsible for developing and delivering the next iteration of ‘The Coravin World Wine Tour’ activation program in H1 in up to 10 global markets / cities. This activation will build on the learnings and reputation established by the two phases of the program which ran across 6 markets & 30 venues in 2024. The candidate will be responsible for working alongside sales and marketing stakeholders, including local brand managers and PR agencies to: Develop simplified activation mechanics to enable an increase in scale (markets / cities and venues) and ensure delivery against extended KPI’s Sign up & manage communication with participating venues Develop program assets (e.g. landing pages, emailers, press releases, social media calendar including collaborations) Planning and executing launch / media events Reporting & evaluation against KPI’s Characteristics Required: Demonstrate high ethical standards, with a strong moral compass to do the right thing and demonstrate the Coravin values. Skills & Experience Requirements: Educated to degree level or equivalent – essential WSET level 1 or 2 - desirable 6 years marketing experience at Brand/Senior Brand or Marketing Manager level - essential Drinks / Wine Industry Experience: An understanding of the drinks / wine industry is essential, and relevant channels (on/off premise) – essential Restaurant / Hospitality Experience: Knowledge and experience working with / within the on-premise channel - essential Brand Marketing and Strategic Planning Skills: Ability to design and execute brand activation programs in alignment with core brand values and global marketing goals Integrated Campaign Management: Experience and proficiency in planning, coordinating, and executing global campaigns to leverage PR, social media, influencer partnerships. Any experience working within global listings guides / awards programs would be highly beneficial Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to build strong and efficient working relationships internally and externally with agencies and key stakeholders to lead and deliver strong results from cross-functional teams.
