Process Engineer - Inside IR35 Contract role - No Sponsorship Available

Our client are looking for a Process Engineer to join one of their Business Process Transformation teams - This role will have a focus on Process Mapping, the use of Oracle ERP (They are currently on Oracle R12), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R), and working with Payment Services (Adyen, PayU, BigCommerce). Our client have a number of eCommerce projects where teams are trying to Go To Market in different countries with various eCommerce offers, with an overall goal of making sure all financial processes are in place to manage transactions when they come into financial systems
This role requires someone who is a problem solver that thrives complex processes into streamline solutions as they are currently creating global experiences that have real world impact. Joining as a Process Engineer will require you to play a key role in building the processes that power their Global eCommerce solution. You will be working with cross functional teams, helping to build their operational, financial, and compliance strategies that allow them to continue setting the standards for their industries digital experiences.
The team
The team is currently made up of 10 people who each have an area they focus on, these include Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. They have scoped traditional areas within an organisation and they have 1 VP who heads up the whole area. They also have some analysts in the team who understand how the processes work in practice and offer support to identify improvements
What you'll do
You will help to turn big ideas into clear process goals, workflows, and plans that help add real value and improve the businesses overall efficiency.
Take the lead on multiple projects aimed at improving projects across dynamic business models, collaborating with global teams to meet strategic objectives
Support teams from Financial Operations, Global Business Services (GBS), and Technology by using your insight and experience to help shape their processes
Take ownership on monitoring and improving performance by establishing controls and high standards for longer lasting improvements
This role will require you to become a cornerstone of our client's Direct-to-Customer strategy, leveraging data and advanced tools to optimise processes and target a seamless deployment of their experiencesKey Skills for the role:
ERP: Our client requires a knowledge of Oracle ERP and process mapping tools like IBM BlueWorks.
eCommerce experience: They would like to bring someone in who has experience with Order to Cash processes with payment providers like Adyen, PayU, or BigCommerce
Work methodology: They would like people who have experience and/or qualifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies
Perspective: Given the size of our client, they would like someone who has experience working in multinational organisations and understand how diverse teams work and the variety of market needs.Details on the role
This will be a fully remote role, with the contract lasting for 12 months. It will be a 1 stage interview process.
