We are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Officer/Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing multicultural sales strategies, particularly focusing on international markets, including the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
As a Sales Officer/Executive, you will be responsible for driving international sales growth by developing and implementing effective multicultural sales strategies. Your role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, researching markets for new products, collaborating with the marketing team, fostering relationships with existing international customers/agents, and expanding our global presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement multicultural sales strategies to drive international market growth.
2. Identify and pursue business opportunities, particularly in the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
3. Research markets for new products, demands, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
5. Strengthen ties with existing international customers/agents and establish relationships with new partners.
6. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to contribute to strategic decision-making.
8. Represent the company at sales/trade events to showcase products/services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field and/or relevant experience.
2. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on international markets.
3. Strong understanding of multicultural sales strategies and global business dynamics.
4. Excellent research skills to identify market trends, demands, and opportunities.
5. Collaboration skills to work closely with the marketing team.
6. Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
8. Willingness to represent the company at sales/trade events.
9. Language proficiency in addition to English.
