This is a company where collaboration and creativity meet analytical excellence, and the Data & Analytics function plays a critical role in driving performance for a diverse client base.
THE ROLE:
As a Digital Analyst, you’ll sit in the Data & Analytics team, supporting the Analytics Director across a range of client projects. This hands-on role gives you the opportunity to work with stakeholders across account management, paid media, and earned media teams to deliver high-impact analytics, tracking, and dashboarding solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building measurement frameworks and test-and-learn strategies to support marketing performance.
* Developing robust data capture strategies, including working with developers to deploy data layers.
* Creating and maintaining insightful dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, and GA4.
* Performing data quality checks, troubleshooting tracking issues, and ensuring standardisation across platforms.
* Collaborating with internal product teams and external partners to resolve technical issues and unlock new insights.
* Identifying strategic growth opportunities through detailed performance evaluation.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
We’re looking for a data-savvy analyst who’s confident navigating large digital datasets and delivering insights that matter.
You’ll need:
* Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Analytics 360, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
* Proficiency in SQL, within BigQuery environment.
* Strong dashboarding and visualisation skills using Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
* A keen eye for detail and a love of structured, reliable reporting.
* Excellent communication skills – you can simplify complexity and present your findings clearly.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with great time and stakeholder management.
