We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing Oxford, UK team. This full-time, hybrid position will involve generating high-quality meetings and fostering relationships that drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have experience with software sales and services sales.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Contribute to the company’s sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
* Drive lead generation to acquire new customers & hit monthly sales targets.
* Generation of meetings for consultants.
* Attending suitable exhibitions and industry conventions.
* Attending networking events and meetings.
* Manage the sales pipeline reporting weekly activities.
* Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
* Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
* Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
* Present weekly sales reports.
* Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
* Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.
Education and Experience
* Proven experience in software sales and services sales.
* Experience in winning & closing sales opportunities.
* Business Degree (preferable).
* Technical sales skills.
* Proficient in conducting thorough market research.
