Construction Planner (Mechanical & Electrical bias)
Job Description:
Responsible for comprehensive planning and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery, budget compliance, and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules for mechanical and electrical installations
Create comprehensive construction plans using professional planning software
Coordinate resource allocation for M&E project components
Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Conduct risk assessments for mechanical and electrical systems
Track and report project progress to senior management
Liaise with engineers, architects, and subcontractors Required qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Engineering
Advanced certification in Project Planning (preferred) Technical Skills
Proficient in construction planning software, preferably Primavera P6
Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience
Minimum 5 years construction planning experience
Proven track record in M&E project management
