We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to enhance our sales capabilities at The Delivery Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads by identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
* Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs.
* Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
