Scope of Role
Reporting to the Global Salesforce Lead, the Senior Salesforce Administrator will enhance the capabilities of our Salesforce platform by focusing on hands-on customization, data management, troubleshooting, and automation. This role is critical in optimizing business processes and improving system functionality to support organizational success.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will:
1. Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot) environments, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and scalability.
2. Provide daily user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
3. Develop and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, to improve processes.
4. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to align with our needs.
5. Manage security settings, user roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets to ensure data access across teams.
6. Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Test and implement new features, offering post-implementation support to users.
7. Oversee third-party integrations, including APIs, AppExchange applications, and custom solutions, ensuring seamless functionality between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., marketing automation, finance tools).
8. Collaborate with internal departments to identify gaps and implement solutions that enhance Salesforce functionality.
Requirements
1. 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Conga.
2. Proficient in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Lightning Experience, formula fields).
3. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) and Salesforce Platform App Builder are a plus.
4. Experience with data management (Data Loader, Workbench) and deployment tools (Gearset).
5. Familiarity with AppExchange tools, third-party integrations, and Salesforce security models.
6. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Certinia is an advantage.
7. Experience communicating, expressing ideas, collaborating with diverse teams, and building trusting relationships across all organizational levels.
8. Experience identifying challenges, proposing applicable solutions, and implementing improvements to achieve impactful results.
