SEMH Support Assistant – Nurture Young Minds
Are you experienced in supporting young people with complex needs or at risk of exclusion? We’re looking for flexible SEMH Support Assistants to join schools and alternative provisions. You must be open to travelling up to 1 hour for the right opportunity to make a difference.
What You'll Do:
* Work with students with anxiety, trauma, and behavioural challenges.
* Provide emotional regulation support and positive reinforcement.
* Adapt to changing situations with empathy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
* A proactive, emotionally intelligent approach.
* Willingness to work across a range of schools and provisions.
* A DBS on the Update Service and the right to work in the UK.
* Backgrounds in SEN, SEMH, or PRUs are highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
