Randstad are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/ Team leader to join a property services contractor managing a team of Maintenance Administrators based in Portsmouth Duties: Leading a team of Maintenance administrators handling repairs and maintenance requests. Overseeing the scheduling of jobs and ensuring efficient allocation of work. Supporting the team with training, guidance, and daily operations. Liaising with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure smooth service delivery. Managing records, updating systems, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative or team leader role within maintenance, facilities, or a similar industry. Strong communication and leadership skills.
