Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for applications for a full time Senior Support Worker to join an enthusiastic and dynamic Recovery Focussed Team in North Lincolnshire. We work in the Community with people aged 18 and over experiencing Mental Health problems including complex emotional needs and psychosis, and with their permission, family and friends. Our aim is to support recovery, social inclusion and maintain an enhanced quality of life. The post holder will be central to this process, developing therapeutic relationships with support and time utilising creative approaches to achieve the best outcomes. As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive. Main duties of the job The post holder will also be involved in a range of health promotion activities targeting stigma and raising awareness of mental health issues.
