Summary and purpose of position:
We have an exciting opportunity for Warehouse Quality Checker to join our Segen contract within our facility at Medway CDC based in Hoo St Werburgh. As a Quality Checker, you will be working both alone and as part of a team with attention to detail to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets and deliver a high level of accuracy throughout the deliveries sent to our customers.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 0600-1400 OR 1400-2200
Salary- £25,958.40-£26,996.74

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Working in a team environment in a safe manner
2. Adhering to site Health & Safety regulations
3. Following site Safe Systems of Work
4. Ensuring that all stock leaving the warehouse is in a perfect condition for our customers
5. Ensuring that QC photos are taken to aid any customer service queries
6. Liaising with the rest of the warehouse operations team to ensure that quality is at the forefront of everyone’s work
7. Ensuring that pallets are labelled correctly
8. Implement quality control procedures to fulfil customer orders.
9. Help maintain excellent customer service and ensure goods arriving are to the expected standards.
