Job Title Strategy and Planning Analyst Job Description 12 month fixed term contract The International Region (IR) Strategy & Planning team is responsible for supporting sales strategy formulation and execution at IR level and leading high-impact projects that support the execution of sales strategy. As a member of the team you will directly support sales strategy design and plan execution for International Region Key activities and deliverables of the team include: Develop and implement strategic plans for International Region With 2024-2026 plans already created, support specific projects on an ongoing basis Work closely with leaders across International/Business and Functions to ensure understanding and support of IR SPOR and execution plans. Develop materials for strategic updates to Exco and Board of Management Identify and prioritize the next wave of IR initiatives required to achieve revenue growth or cost optimization. Working with Zones, BUs and responsible functions to create initiatives and associated business cases for sponsorship and execution management. Organize key IR meetings and events to support effective management and performance delivery of IR objectives. In addition, the team takes responsibility for a range of business development activities which can currently include as example: Managing an IR project focused on the improvement in Sales Phasing working across Zones, Services and Supply Chain Working with the GTM team, Partner and Zones Teams on implementing IR GTM approach with partners Working with specific Zones on growth plans including business cases Strategy & Planning Analyst Role As a Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will join a small but committed team. You will work closely with Head of Strategy and Planning and other members of the team either supporting them on projects or initiatives or running small projects yourself with suitable oversight and support. The role will allow interaction and working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will collaborate with wide variety of teams including the Zones, other IR functions, Businesses and functional partners like Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Quality, gaining valuable exposure and insights from across Philips. To create the deliverables above you will undertake a range of activities, likely to include: Facilitating the strategy planning & execution cadence Conducting high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses Contributing to the development and communication of actionable strategy recommendations Working with and presenting recommendations to internal stakeholders Analysing data and preparing reports or business cases Finding, collecting, organizing the data required to inform strategic analysis by understanding and tapping into available data from either internal or external sources Helping stakeholder understand insights by effectively communicating our analysis explaining the variables, mechanics and assumptions built into the models Supporting change management and new processes for Regions and Zones Skills This role is suitable for people with a wide range of experience and backgrounds, Skills required to be successful sort in this role are focused on attributes rather specific experience.
