Recent experience of undertaking a similar role such as Fire Risk Surveyor, Fire Risk Assessor or Fire Safety Officer Proven track record of conducting fire risk assessments ideally gained in the social housing or construction sector (or similar) Some knowledge of Fire regulations including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, legislation and current and good practice Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence About the role: Hull – covering the North - Hull, Leeds, Wakefield, Harrogate, Middlesborough, Tyneside, Peter Lee, South Shields, Whitby, Scarborough, Stoke and North West when required. We have an opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to join our Fire and Security team, based in Hull. You will be working in a team of 4 primarily carrying out fire risk assessments and also assisting in carrying out secondary inspections of pre and post remedial works for the full portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of safety are maintained. This will be a balance of site and home working. Our Compliance team are responsible for managing compliance responsibilities consisting of fire risk assessments to ensure properties comply with legislation with our priority being the safety of our residents.
