Job Description We are currently looking for IT Service Desk Junior Analysts to join our team. As part of the role you will be taking responsibility of IT support queries that come from our Head Office, Warehouses and Retail globally, providing a broad range of IT support via our contact centre and ticketing systems. You'll be taught various troubleshooting methods, and how to proactively manage a ticketing queue, escalating and challenging issues to senior team members when necessary. Additionally, you will be writing technical documentation and knowledge articles, and assisting the wider IT teams with preparation of hardware/software when necessary. This is an office based role with the team following a shift pattern within the hours of 7am and 9pm, including weekend work on a 1 in 4 weeks basis.
