Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is looking for a Senior Commercial Lawyer for an Interim role of 3 to 6 months with the possibility to extend to join a global Telecom customer.
Ideally someone with:
* Experience from a reputable law firm and in-house legal department.
* 7+ years of PQE with global commercial agreements, including SaaS / Tech / IT and Software.
* Strategic, high value and long-term sourcing agreements and/or Semiconductor development and supply agreements
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, vendors, and partners, and manage related regulatory, compliance, and operational challenges.
* Assist in refining and scaling commercial agreement processes to support the company’s expanding business.
* Advise internal teams and stakeholders on engaging and vetting external service providers to meet their business needs.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to proactively identify legal risks, support decision-making, and align with business goals.
* Work with the broader legal team to provide strategic counsel on commercial transactions and business projects.
