A Traffic Marshall must:
1. Hold a CPCS card.
2. Hold a Traffic Marshall ticket.
3. Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles).
4. Be hard working, reliable and punctual.
5. Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
