About the Role
As a Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the retail environment, leading your team to success. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your role will include:
* Leading and inspiring your team to deliver excellent performance and customer engagement
* Providing coaching and mentorship to develop your team and drive individual growth
* Maximising sales potential and profitability, while meeting and exceeding KPIs
* Ensuring store presentation is in line with company visual merchandising standards
* Overseeing product launches and seasonal changes

About You
We are looking for a Store Manager with:
