Pay Rate: £14.00 (+ as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.50 per hour.)
Shift Pattern: 6am-11pm, including weekends.
1. Due to some responsibilities within the Chef De Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A CHEF DE PARTIE YOU’LL:
12. Helping with deliveries.
13. Preparing meats and vegetables.
14. Assisting fellow chefs.
15. Assisting in stock rotation.
16. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
17. Effective time management for preparation and food service.
18. Precise measurement of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
19. Executing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
20. Confidently cooking completed dishes from the menu.
