Pay & Hours:
£11.50 per hour
15 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: – Working to a rota covering 7 days per week (some flexibility may be required depending on events)
The Role:
As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will organise and plan weekly activities tailored to meet the individual needs of our service users promoting independence and making each day as fulfilling as possible. Examples could include seasonal activities such as paint an Easter egg, design a Christmas card, arts and crafts, music & movement, gardening and attractions outside of the home in the local community. The role does include some care responsibilities.

About you:
Excellent knowledge of Customer Care
Excellent knowledge of confidentiality and its meaning
Previous experience working with individuals with vulnerable adults would be advantageous
Previous experience planning and implementing activities or events
Can work within a budget
Ability to keep accurate and detailed records
Able to work unsupervised and to use your own initiative
