We are searching for a Women's Assistant Performance Analyst to join our Women's Technical team. You will support the delivery of an excellent performance analysis service to England Women's pathway teams which contributes to the coaching process, provides performance advantages through insights, and supports England Winning.
What You'll Do?
Deliver an age group-specific performance analysis service to an identified England Women's development team to provide competitive advantages.
Assist in the production of high-quality opposition profiles.
Accurately code footage aligned to a ‘How We Play' model.
Attend and contribute to planning and reviewing MDT meetings.
Have close & highly effective working relationships with National Coaches and support staff to enable the delivery of an effective performance analysis service.
Support in equipment packing, set-up, usage, and storage.
Support the delivery of targeted projects which align with the Women's Technical Strategy.
Attend analysis department training and development sessions.
Executes additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group's changing priorities.
Comply with all company policies and procedures to ensure the highest health standards, safety and well-being can be maintained.

What You'll Need?
Essentially for the role:
A qualification or undertaking a qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in sports science or a related subject specialising in performance analysis.
Technical and tactical football understanding.
Good knowledge and proficiency in the use of Sportscode.
Ability to create excellent relationships.
Eagerness to learn.
Excellent work ethic.
Great people skills.
Valid passport.
Beneficial to also have:
MSc or further education in Performance Analysis.
At least 1 years experience working as an analyst.
Experience in a football environment.
