We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands, with a focus on driving demand, revenue growth and brand visibility.
The Role: As Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a small team and collaborate with external agencies to ensure the success of multi-channel campaigns designed to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-brand marketing strategy that supports revenue goals across our key sectors, focusing on construction, utilities, and related markets.
* Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
* Guide creative direction and develop briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.
* Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing direction, mentoring, and development to ensure high performance.
* Oversee relationships with external agencies, ensuring that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and deliver measurable results.
* Conduct market analysis and gather customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
* Manage the marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI) to ensure the effective use of resources.
* Establish and monitor KPIs for all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance.
* Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our solutions and engage with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with a focus on construction, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
* Proven track record of managing multi-brand marketing strategies and delivering creative and successful campaigns that drive revenue growth.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing small teams and working with external agencies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance.
* Experience in account-based marketing and managing marketing automation tools is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential if offset by relevant experience.
