As Winter is coming up, we are looking for an experiences childrens social worker to move to a stunning offshore island for a 12 month contract to a community based island where everyone feels belonged and you will be doing relationship based practice. It is also a picturesque island!
Leaders in Care are partnered with a vastly improving local authority who need an experienced safeguarding social worker to raise there safeguarding service, this roles offers a brilliant pay rate alongside rent free accommodation to work for the Child and Family Assessment Team to commit strength in families work.
A great benefit of this role includes manageable caseload. We have had such great feedback of the managers and colleagues being supportive inside and outside of work! They are also looking for someone who has worked in smaller authorities so that a small community correlates to previous work.

As this is a statutory role you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE.
